The One About The Dark Knight Rises

The Dark Knight Rises Special

It's no big secret that we are big Batman fans on almost every level. Our excitement for the end of the Nolan Batman trilogy has been over the top. In the true watercooler spirit of The Josh and Croz Show, we didn't review The Dark Knight Rises, we just talked about what we loved and theorized on what the future could be. Including what roads are possible leading up to a DC/Warner Bros Justice League movie. How should it be approached? Will John Blake be the Batman for that launch? Is Zach Snyder's take on Superman with Man of Steel an indication of how these movie can line up? Especially with the Nolan's involed? It's all a part of our conversation. We welcome your thoughts as well!

Christmas Special 2011! (Show Notes)

We have been podcasting geeky conversations for a little over 4 years now! Josh Shipley and Brian Crosby are joined again by Jaime McGough to recap antics, with a brief appearance by The Courageous Kleyla Christmas Sweater (and Brandon too).

The Courageous Kleyla Christmas Sweater

We always love to talk about the exciting things that happen around Christmas each year. This year we share some of our favorite personal family traditions.

We end the show with a short snippet of Josh as a Jungle Cruise Skipper. This was at the Disney Family Holiday Party on December 12, 2011.

(Thank you to listener Darin Munnell for the recording!)

p.s.
Yes, we know that is our "Dark Knight" Josh and Croz Show logo. I'm sure Croz will feel inspired to create a new Batman themed one before too long...

After sending out a notes through Twitter and Facebook asking what your favorite Disney internet radio stations, we have reported those results on this podcast. It's not as exciting as it initially sounded, considering that Croz revealed that he doesn't know what we are talking about! Solution? Bring in Jaime and the three of us ramble about a bunch of nonsense and laugh hysterically. We only produce quality podcast here, folks. ;)

Show Notes for September 16, 2011 - DC Comics New 52, Hollywood, Star Wars

Click HERE for the September 16, 2011 Podcast!

On a lunchtime adventure through Hollywood this week, we discuss our thoughts on DC Comics New 52 and Star Wars on blu-ray. Upping the podcast hyperactivity with Josh Shipley and Brian Crosby this time is Jaime McGough.

In context to the conversation on the podcast, here is our inquisitive view (that also caused Josh to drop the ipod down the seat crack while recording. Such professionals...).

On closer examination, you can see a pair of ruby slippers/heels hanging from the power line. There is a chance that these are tied to the return of Wicked: The Musical to Los Angeles.

On Monday, September 12, 2011, Josh attended the free L.A. Times Hero Complex 30th Anniversary screening of Raiders of the Lost Ark. An amazing Q&A session followed with Steven Spielberg (right) and Harrison Ford (middle), led by Geoff Boucher (left).
